dc.description.abstract This report analyzes opinions of workers currently employed in the Hospitality Industry. Three versions of the Hospitality Industry Poll were administered - Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management and Hotel/Motel Management. Telephone surveys were conducted among people currently employed in the industry. The Culinary Arts survey was to be administered to caterers, chefs, and cooks who worked in restaurants, hotel restaurants, public golf course restaurants, and catering services. The Hotel/Motel Management survey was conducted among managers of hotels and motels (including ski resorts, and lodges). The Restaurant Management survey was administered to restaurant managers from various dining establishments, including restaurants at hotels, motels, and public golf courses. en_US
