Argues that most desirable immigrants for U.S. are unskilled laborers and those between the ages of 15 and 45. Based on these criteria, Syrians/Arabs rank low. Also, they are rated less desirable because of their relatively higher levels of disease, presence of disability or minor defect. Tables.
