dc.description.abstract	Oakland Community College polls students who have not registered for classes in four consecutive semesters and who have not obtained a degree or certificate. Survey questions cover various subjects, particularly reasons for not returning to OCC. For those students who transferred to other schools, satisfaction with transfer procedures and academic preparation are assessed.	en_US
