In the Fall of 2007, Chief Human Resource Officer Cathy Rush and Academic&#13;
Senate Chairwoman Mary Ann McGee contacted the Office of Institutional&#13;
Research to sponsor a research study that will help better understand the&#13;
retirement plans and career goals of OCC staff. In short, a succession planning&#13;
survey was administered to gather feedback from the staff regarding their future&#13;
plans.
